"Band of Brothers" Inspiration Dies
Richard "Dick" Winters, the Easy Company commander whose World War II exploits were made famous by the book and television miniseries "Band of Brothers", died last week in central Pennsylvania. Click here for more on the story.

Green Knights take home 2nd and 3rd place this year at the event that took place in Harrison, AR. A good time was enjoyed by the Blue, Red, and Green Knights who attended.

The Weekend started off with a rainy start but ended up with everyone enjoying themselves to friendly competition, great food, and a new beginning for all Blue, Red, and Green Knights.
New DoD Motorcycle Policy released
The DoD's new policy on motorcycles has been released in the DoDi 6055.4, traffic Safety and Enforcement, 20 Apr 09. The document can be viewed here. The Green Knights MMC always encourages their members to use proper PPE and stay alert/safe at all times.
For Car Drivers
To aid in the education of motorists (non riders) the MSF has developed the "For Car Drivers" program. If you go to the site you can obtain information that will provide safety tips, video instructions, and additional information any drivers can use to help prevent accidents involving motorcycles.
